About Us

Our History

We first started processing macadamias in 2015 as a vertically integrated division supplying kernel to our confectionery business, Wedgewood Nougat. (www.wedgewoodnougat.co.za)

From our humble beginnings of a 1 ton delivery of nut in shell, we slowly grew in experience as the macadamia industry grew in size and matured as a global tree nut crop. Because our primary business was making confectionery, we soon started to specialize in the “Confectionery Grade” market, leaving the bigger “A-Grade” market to the large processors. Fast forward and we are now a stand-alone business passionate about innovating with this magnificent macadamia nut!

Giving back gives us a real kick and is the major reason why we are still so passionate about the business. We are 100% plastic neutral and working hard towards giving back 1% of turnover to causes that make our world a better place.
